Complaint from Lu Bonilla San Antonio, TX2 months agoI've been going here for years. The food is decent for a decent price. I went in today by myself when I went to pay, I signed my ticket and put the gratuity on there. It was just me when I asked for a detailed copy she was annoyed, and then I realize that they had included a tip Mind you it was one person just me so I question why are they putting tips on there without telling customers, she told me they can pick and choose who they wanna add a tip to because some people don't tip. I proceeded to tell her I usually tip 30 to 40% but I was very upset and wanted my money back even though it was just a couple dollars my tab was only seven dollars.it's not the money. It's the principal I've never heard of a restaurant adding a tip to one person and she asked me straight to my face do I tip because she didn't think I was gonna tip she added a tip well that's against the law that's like stealing. I will never go in there again.
